INSTAX mini 99 Trade-In Promotion
The INSTAX mini 99 Trade-In Promotion ("Promotion") is organised by FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. ("FUJIFILM", "Organiser", "we", "our", or "us").
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promotion Mechanics
1.1 This Promotion is applicable to the trade-in of any INSTAX analog camera.
1.2 Trade-ins are accepted exclusively at FUJIFILM X Space, Singapore.
1.3 The Promotion is valid for in-store transactions only.
1.4 Customers who successfully trade in an eligible INSTAX analog camera during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) S$50 Trade-In Voucher.
1.5 The voucher is redeemable towards the purchase of one (1) INSTAX mini 99 only.
1.6 Trade-in vouchers are issued on a while-stocks-last basis.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion will run from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Trade-In Period").
2.2 Trade-ins submitted after 30 September 2026 will not be accepted.
2.3 Vouchers issued under this Promotion are valid until 31 October 2026 ("Voucher Redemption Period").
2.4 Expired vouchers shall be deemed null and void and will not be extended, replaced, or honoured.
3. Trade-In Requirements
3.1 Participants must surrender one (1) eligible INSTAX analog camera to receive one (1) trade-in voucher.
3.2 All traded-in cameras become the property of FUJIFILM upon acceptance and will not be returned.
3.3 Traded-in cameras may be in used or non-working condition, subject to verification and acceptance by FUJIFILM.
3.4 FUJIFILM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligibility and acceptance of any trade-in item.
3.5 Trade-in vouchers cannot be claimed retrospectively for purchases or trade-ins made outside the Promotion Period.
4. Voucher Redemption
4.1 The voucher may only be used towards the purchase of an INSTAX mini 99.
4.2 The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other product.
4.3 Only one (1) voucher may be redeemed per transaction.
4.4 The voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be partially utilised.
4.5 No cash, refund, or credit will be given for any unused value of the voucher.
4.6 Voucher redemption is subject to product availability and while stocks last.
5. Voucher Conditions
5.1 The original physical voucher must be presented at the point of purchase.
5.2 Photographs, screenshots, scans, photocopies, digital reproductions, or altered versions of the voucher will not be accepted.
5.3 Lost, stolen, damaged, defaced, altered, forged, duplicated, or expired vouchers shall be deemed invalid and will not be replaced.
5.4 FUJIFILM reserves the right to reject any voucher that is suspected to have been tampered with, fraudulently obtained, reproduced, or otherwise deemed invalid.
6. Exclusions
6.1 The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, privileges, vouchers, rebate programmes, purchase-with-purchase offers, bundle promotions, staff purchase programmes, or promotional campaigns unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.2 The Promotion is not applicable to any products other than the INSTAX mini 99.
7. Fraud, Misuse and Disqualification
7.1 FUJIFILM reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found or suspected to be tampering with, abusing, or otherwise undermining the operation of the Promotion.
7.2 FUJIFILM reserves the right to refuse trade-ins, reject voucher redemption, and cancel vouchers where fraud, misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUJIFILM shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, expense, or claim arising from participation in the Promotion or the redemption and use of any voucher.
8.2 FUJIFILM shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, illegible, or unauthorised use of any voucher.
8.3 FUJIFILM makes no warranty regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Promotion and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
9. Personal Data
9.1 Any personal data collected in connection with this Promotion shall be processed in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws and FUJIFILM's Privacy Policy.
9.2 By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotion.
10. General
10.1 FUJIFILM reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10.2 FUJIFILM's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
10.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
