FAQs
When and what time is the event?
The instax™ WILD PAL race takes place on Saturday, 17 October 2026, from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Please arrive only during your selected entry time slot.
Where do I report on event day?
Our Registration & Redemption Booth will be located near the KFC outside the Singapore Zoo entrance. Simply look out for the Fujifilm event signage and our event crew on arrival.
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be purchased online in advance as slots are limited. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot.
Who can attend this event?
The event is open to participants of all ages. Children should be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
What exactly will I be doing throughout the day?
You'll embark on a self-guided wildlife photography adventure across Singapore Zoo. Complete fun photo challenges at animal stations, experiment with creative instax™ effects, collect stamps, and redeem exclusive Fujifilm merchandise upon completion.
What happens if it rains?
The event will proceed rain or shine. Each participant will receive an Experience Starter Kit that includes a rain poncho to help keep the adventure going.
How long does the experience take?
Most participants will spend between 2 to 4 hours completing the trail, depending on their pace. You're welcome to explore the zoo and enjoy the activities throughout the event operating hours.
Do I need photography experience to join?
Not at all. Whether you're a beginner, hobbyist, or experienced photographer, the challenges are designed to be fun and accessible for everyone. Our event crew will be available throughout the trail to assist if needed.
Do I need to bring my own camera?
No. Event equipment will be provided for the experience. Simply bring your essentials, mobile phone, and plenty of enthusiasm for the adventure.
What should I bring on the event day?
We recommend bringing:

Comfortable walking shoes
Personal essentials such as sunscreen and medication, if required
Everything needed for the activity will be provided.
Can I leave the zoo and return later?
Yes. Participants enjoy Singapore Zoo's re-entry privileges and may leave and re-enter the park on the same day, subject to venue admission policies.
Do I get to keep the photos and prints from the event?
Any instax™ prints created during the experience are yours to keep as souvenirs of your adventure. Any soft copies taken on the camera will be deleted and not be returned.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets sold are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Tickets are also non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Who can I contact if I need help?
Our event crew will be stationed at the Registration & Redemption Booth and at various points along the trail to assist participants throughout the day.
Event Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Meet Your Wild Pal (the "Event"). By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration and payment.
Registration, Time Slots & Participation

Time Slot Allocation: Participants are required to select an available time slot during registration. All time slots are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (the “Organiser”) reserves the right to allocate, modify or reassign time slots where reasonably necessary for operational, safety or administrative reasons.

Punctuality & Missed Slots: Participants must report to the designated registration or check-in location during their allocated time slot and comply with any check-in procedures specified by the Organiser. Participants who arrive late, fail to appear during their allocated time slot, or otherwise fail to complete the registration process within the prescribed timeframe may, at the Organiser's sole discretion, be denied participation in the Event. The Organiser is under no obligation to reschedule, accommodate or extend participation opportunities for any participant who misses, arrives late for or fails to attend their allocated time slot. No refund, credit, exchange or compensation shall be provided in such circumstances.

Participation Fee: A participation fee is payable for entry into the Event. All participation fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Age Eligibility & Parental Consent

Eligibility: The Event is open to participants of all ages.

Parental Consent: Participants who are under eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration and participation (each, a "Minor") may only register for and participate in the Event with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering a Minor for the Event, the parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that he or she has the legal authority to provide such consent, has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, consents to the Minor's participation in the Event, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions both in his or her own capacity and on behalf of the Minor.
Event Overview & Weather Policy
- Rain or Shine: The Event is a "rain or shine" activity. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, postpone, suspend, interrupt, relocate or cancel any part of the Event, or to implement such safety measures and operational changes as the Organiser considers necessary having regard to weather conditions, public safety, security concerns or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control. No refund, exchange, credit or compensation shall be provided as a result of adverse weather conditions or any such modification, postponement, suspension, interruption or alteration of the Event, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Safety, Conduct & Content Guidelines
- Park & Wildlife Safety: Participants shall comply at all times with all applicable laws, as well as all rules, policies, entry conditions, safety requirements and directions imposed by Wildlife Reserves Singapore Pte Ltd , its personnel and representatives, and the Organiser. Participants shall conduct themselves in a safe and responsible manner and must not engage in any conduct that may endanger themselves, other participants, Wildlife Reserves Singapore Pte Ltd personnel, members of the public, animals, wildlife or property.
Without limitation, participants must not enter restricted or prohibited areas, climb barriers, fences or structures, disregard warning signs or safety instructions, harass, disturb, provoke, touch or feed any animal except where expressly permitted by Wildlife Reserves Singapore Pte Ltd, or engage in any other unsafe, reckless, negligent or unlawful conduct. Participants must not place themselves or others at risk for the purpose of capturing photographs or obtaining access to restricted vantage points.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, remove from the Event, or disqualify any participant who breaches this clause or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable Wildlife Reserves Singapore Pte Ltd rules, policies or safety requirements, without refund, compensation or liability.
Participants acknowledge and agree that the Event is conducted at Singapore Zoo and operated by Wildlife Reserves Singapore Pte Ltd. The Organiser does not own, manage, control or operate the venue and is not responsible for the operation, maintenance, security or safety of the venue or any acts or omissions of the Wildlife Reserves Singapore Pte Ltd or its personnel.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from or in connection with a participant's breach of this clause, failure to comply with any Wildlife Reserves Singapore Pte Ltd rules or safety requirements, or engagement in any unsafe, reckless, negligent or unlawful conduct. - Content Restrictions: All photographs captured, submitted or otherwise provided in connection with the Event must comply with these Terms and Conditions and any guidelines issued by the Organiser. Photographs must not contain any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, indecent, offensive, discriminatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, misleading, infringing of any intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other rights of any person, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by the Organiser in their sole discretion. The Organiser reserves the right to reject, remove, disqualify or refuse to display any photograph that does not comply with this clause without notice or liability.
Tickets, Prizes, and Refunds

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: All registrations, tickets and participation fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Participants shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, exchange or compensation in the event of non-attendance, late arrival, failure to utilise a booked time slot, withdrawal from the Event, adverse weather conditions, or any cancellation, suspension, postponement, interruption, modification or alteration of the Event in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration details provided are accurate and complete. No refunds, transfers or exchanges will be granted as a result of errors in registration information provided by the participant. -
Prizes: Any prizes, rewards or benefits awarded in connection with the Event are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or other items, except as otherwise determined by the Organiser in their sole discretion.
The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to substitute, withdraw, modify or replace any prize, reward or benefit with another prize, reward or benefit of similar value where reasonably necessary due to availability, operational, sponsorship or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
Where a participant is determined by the Organiser, acting reasonably, to be ineligible for a prize or to have breached these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser may withdraw, withhold or require the return of any prize awarded.
Quest Mechanics, Equipment & Photo Rights

Quest Mechanics: Participants are required to capture photos as part
of the quest, print them in an instant film format, and submit them to
receive a scratch card. The scratch card will determine the prize won. - Equipment Responsibility: Participants are responsible for any equipment, materials, props or other assets provided to, loaned to or made available for their use in connection with the Event ("Equipment").
- Liability for Damage: Participants shall exercise all due care and take reasonable precautions to protect the Equipment from loss, theft, damage, misuse or unauthorised use. Participants shall immediately notify the Organiser of any loss, theft, damage, malfunction or defect affecting any Equipment. If any Equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, not returned when required, or otherwise rendered unusable as a result of a participant's negligence, misuse, recklessness, wilful misconduct or failure to comply with the Organiser's instructions, the participant (or the participant's parent or legal guardian, where applicable) shall be liable to the Organiser for the full cost of repairing or replacing such Equipment.
- Charges: The Organiser reserves the right to charge and recover from the participant the full repair cost or replacement value of the affected Equipment, together with any reasonable transportation, procurement, administrative or other related costs incurred by the Organiser in connection with such repair or replacement.
- Photo Privacy & Permanent Deletion: Participants acknowledge that photographs submitted as part of the Event may be collected and processed by the Organiser for the purposes of administering the Event, determining prize eligibility and verifying compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser does not intend to retain participants' photographs beyond what is reasonably necessary for the administration of the Event. Any photographs collected solely for operational purposes may be permanently deleted after they are no longer required for such purposes.
Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Compliance
By registering for or participating in the Event and providing any personal data to the Organiser, including your name, email address, contact number, date of birth, payment information and any other information requested in connection with the Event, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of your personal data by the Organiser and their authorised service providers for the following purposes:
- (a) processing and administering your Event registration, ticket purchase, booking and payment;
(b) verifying your identity and eligibility to participate in the Event;
(c) administering, operating and managing the Event, including participant communications, entry verification, equipment distribution, judging, prize administration and prize fulfilment;
(d) communicating with you regarding the Event, including operational updates, reminders, schedule changes, safety notices and other Event-related matters;
(e) complying with legal, regulatory, audit and reporting requirements; and
(f) such other purposes that are reasonably related to the foregoing.
All personal data will be collected, used, disclosed, processed and protected in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Organiser’s privacy policy (if applicable). The Organiser will not use or disclose your personal data for unrelated marketing purposes without your consent or unless otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
Participants acknowledge and agree that any photographs, videos or other content submitted in connection with the Event may contain personal data, including the images of identifiable individuals. Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and consents from any individuals appearing in such submissions where required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, including its name, branding, logos, trade marks, designs, artwork, text, graphics, promotional materials, website content, challenge materials and other content made available by the Organiser in connection with the Event (collectively, the "Event Materials"), are owned by or licensed to the Organiser and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Event Materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Event and for personal, non-commercial use. Participants shall not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, commercially exploit or otherwise use any Event Materials without the Organiser’s prior written consent.
Participants retain ownership of the original photographs captured and submitted by them in connection with the Event ("Submitted Photographs").
Each participant represents and warrants that:
- (a) the Submitted Photographs are the participant's original work or that the participant has obtained all rights, permissions and consents necessary to submit and license the Submitted Photographs in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(b) the Submitted Photographs do not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party; and
(c) all individuals appearing in the Submitted Photographs, where identifiable, have given all consents required for the use of the Submitted Photographs as contemplated under these Terms and Conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to reject, remove, disqualify or refrain from using any Submitted Photograph that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that the Organiser considers inappropriate for any reason.
Except for the licence expressly granted under this clause, nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights from a participant to the Organiser.
Limitation of Liability & Organiser’s Rights
- Limitation of Liability: Participants acknowledge and agree that participation in the Event is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk. Participants are solely responsible for their own conduct, safety, possessions, equipment and personal property during the Event.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser, their affiliates, sponsors, partners, contractors, service providers, venue operators and their respective officers, employees, agents and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, theft, delay, technical malfunction, interruption, inconvenience, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with the Event, including any act, omission or conduct of any participant or third party, except to the extent such liability cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, photographic equipment, mobile devices, cameras, memory cards or other property brought to or used at the Event. - Organiser's Rights: The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and in their sole discretion, to amend these Terms and Conditions, modify the Event format, mechanics, schedule, routes, activities, judging criteria, prizes or timelines, suspend or postpone any part of the Event, or cancel or alter the Event where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, animal welfare considerations, venue requirements, governmental directives or any circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
The Organiser may refuse entry to, remove from the Event, or disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, any applicable venue rules, or any instructions issued by the Organiser or the venue operator.
In the event of any dispute relating to the Event, participation in the Event, eligibility, scoring, judging, prize entitlement or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding.
Fraud and tempering
Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, interfere with or undermine the proper operation of the Event, including the scratch card mechanism, registration process or prize redemption process, may result in immediate disqualification and any other action available to the Organiser at law.
Filming and photography by Organiser
The Organiser, and parties authorised by the Organiser, may photograph, film, record or otherwise document the Event and participants' participation in the Event. By attending the Event, participants consent to the use of their image, likeness, voice and appearance in any photographs, videos, recordings or other materials captured during the Event for promotional, publicity, archival, educational and commercial purposes without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
