  • ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY

    • The contest is open to all residents of Singapore.
    • Participants below 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
    • Employees of (a) Fujifilm Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.; (b) Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. (c) the respective affiliates and subsidiaries of both Fujifilm Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. and Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd.; and (d) advertising, promotion or other agencies engaged in connection with this Contest, are not eligible to participate.
    • To enter, participants must post a photo taken at the Singapore Oceanarium on Instagram with the hashtags #FujifilmSG, #SingaporeOceanarium, and #SGOWorldOceansDay, and tag both @fujifilmsg and @singaporeoceanarium.
    • The Instagram profile must be set to Public for the entry to be visible to the judging panel.

    CONTEST PERIOD

    • Submission Period: 29 May 2026 (00:00 SGT) – 30 June 2026 (23:59 SGT).
    • Entries posted outside of this window will not be eligible for consideration.
    • Winners will be announced within 2 weeks from the end of the submission period, via comments on Instagram on the contest post. Winners will also be notified via Direct Message on Instagram.

    PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT GUIDELINES

    All submissions must be original works. Any breach of the following may result in disqualification at the discretion of Fujifilm Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. and Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. (the Organisers):

    • Animal Welfare: Photos must be taken without the use of flash photography (where prohibited) and without distressing or interfering with marine life.
    • Prohibited Content: Images must not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
    • Authenticity: Excessive digital manipulation or AI-generated imagery is not permitted. Basic color grading and cropping are acceptable.

    JUDGING & PRIZES

    Judging will be conducted by Joseph Goh (Fujifilm X-Creator), Jere Chong (Fujifilm Product Specialist), and the Singapore Oceanarium Event Committee based on:

    1. Technical Excellence (Focus, lighting, and clarity)
    2. Composition (Framing and artistic balance)
    3. Narrative Impact (Storytelling and emotional resonance)

    Prizes:

    • First Prize: 2 x Singapore Oceanarium Insider Experience Tickets (Value: S$636.00)
    • Second Prize: 1 x instax mini Evo Cinema (Value: S$529.00)
    • Third Prize: 1 x instax mini 12 (Value: S$189.00)

    Judges’ decisions are final. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

    COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

    • Participants retain ownership of their photographs.
    • By entering, participants grant the Organisers a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide licence to feature the images on social media, websites, and marketing materials related to the contest.
    • Credit will be given to the photographer where possible.

    PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (PDPA)

    By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your social media handle and personal data by the Organisers to:

    • Administer the contest and contact winners.
    • Verify eligibility and prize fulfillment.

    LIABILITY & GENERAL

    • The Organisers are not responsible for entries not received due to technical errors or privacy settings.
    • The Organisers reserve the right to amend the contest mechanics, prizes, or timeline at any time without prior notice.
    • Participation is at the individual's own risk; the Organisers are not liable for any injury or damage sustained during the capture of the entry.
