Singapore is changing fast, and many familiar traditions are slowly disappearing. Getai is one of them. From around 500 performances before COVID-19, there are fewer than 90 shows this year.

Through photography, we can document these traditions before they become memories. Join Derrick for a hands-on street photography workshop where we go beyond taking pictures, we capture the stories, atmosphere and culture behind them.

Because street photography is not just about taking a photograph. It’s about preserving a moment in time.

Basic requirements: Students must already understand the Exposure triangle.
